Architecture Styles Handouts Part 1, History, Art History

This can be used by 7th-12th grade students.

Included: PDF, 5 Pages

This is the first part of my architectural style handouts. These 9 handouts are divided into half sheets. They describe the architectural styles (photos, text) in nine different ways.

Gothic, Art Deco. Classical. Baroque. Modern. Ancient Egyptian. Ancient Chinese. Mission Revival.

You can use them in architecture classes, pottery lessons, Art History and History.

These are used in 3D Design classes. Students work in groups with 3-4 others to build a structure in one of these styles using tape, paper, paint and coffee stirrers. I’ve gotten some amazing results!

This is a great resource to help fourth-grade students learn about Architecture.

This resource is amazing. It’s great for my students.
