This listing includes a digital download for 18 pages (8.5×11″) and 34 sheets of notes. This digital download is intended for an introduction to food handling, whether it be culinary or foods.

You should print this booklet on front and back, then fold it over for a book. Or you can tie the binding on by using ribbon. This is the method I used with my students. You will also receive a booklet that includes the answers.

For those who wish to teach the course online, a digital version has been made available via GOOGLE SLIDES. You cannot post the online version to public sites. It must be used via secure learning management systems such as Google Classroom.

The students loved to complete it! It’s a great study tool! More than simple note-taking!

These note pages are a hit with my intro-to-chef students. These note pages were taken apart and glue to a composition book. This allows students to draw, or create examples from the opposite pages. This was an invaluable tool when it came to preparing students for the Food Handler exam.
