This is an excellent lesson to teach middle- and high school art classes! This lesson is designed to allow you to do very little preparation and get right into the teaching of Klimt. My students are now more familiar with Klimt’s art and have begun to explore other materials (oil pastel, color pencil). They will be able to expand their understanding of manipulating materials, and they can then create art at a higher level.
