Opinion Writing Prompts Set 1 for Google Drive

For each of the 10 high interest prompts in this resource students are asked to…

• state their opinion
• give at least 3 reasons to support their opinion
• restate their opinion in closing.

Students are asked to highlight the relevant parts of their responses using the coloring code. The students have a little space to express their opinion.

These prompts are great for practice and review, as well as for those who are just starting to learn about opinion writing.
