This worksheet/planning page will assist you in reviewing measurement abbreviations, equivalents and how to implement a measurement lab using a mystery product (playdough). It is important that students have some previous knowledge in measurement abbreviations, their equivalents, tools and techniques.

It is a great hands-on activity to practice measuring.

The layout is beautiful and I was excited to share it with my students. However, the mess that would be created by adding water to the contents on wax paper was not necessary. The soup recipe doesn’t work in our climate. The soup was too sticky, so I adjusted the water.
