It can be used to help 2nd–10th graders.
The presentation is inspired by George Seurat, Pointillism and others. The primary and intermediate grade students will learn how to use dots to make a landscape. You will be able identify different pointillistic art and artists throughout this presentation. They are quite impressed with the results.
This was a great experience for my students! Many thanks!
Use this lesson in conjunction with Asymmetry to learn how to draw butterflies, and then color them using the pointillism technique. Students love this activity!
