Here is a cartoon that teaches students how to identify hazards in the kitchen. The 14 most commonly identified hazards are those I have to deal with when working alongside 30 students in the food laboratory. These numbers are from 1-14. The students will need to look at the hazards and make suggestions on how they might be improved.
To spark discussion, you can either purchase the worksheet or the poster version in my shop entitled “Safety in the Kitchen Cartoon”.
Great for a quick “do now”! Thank you so much
