Teaching Africa to Kids – Dance the Malipenga – This interactive, participative lesson on Afirca invites kids to dance the malipenga from Malawi. The malipenga is a South African dance which will teach kids about Malawi and the country.
My 3rd-graders have learned about various styles of African dancing. The resource had so much to offer and was absolutely amazing! Students found the vocabulary page incredibly helpful!
