A lesson for young elementary students (K-2) that dramatizes the book “The Bugliest Bug” by Carol Diggory Shields. This sweet story tells the story of Dilly, a tiny insect who wants to participate in the Bugliest Bug contest but is too small. Spoiler alert!Spoiler alert! Drama, dance, art, and science techniques are used to encourage students to recognize and celebrate their individual talents.
